windows 11 Notification bell missing WIndows 11 2024

I've looked at several things here and the only one that seemed to be a problem solver was the Segoe font missing. Well, my Sego fonts are all there, and I get this:Note that, besides the missing notify bell, the date is missing it's year. I've gone to notify settings and stopped some programs from notifying, thinking that there may be too many programs in the taskbar. But I am at a loss with this.I have another PC, identical to this one, where the problem doesn't happen. Although that computer has less programs installed on it, the taskbar works normally.
