Windows Update Reverted my Desktop Back to a Snapshot of my Laptop in June 2022

I installed the new Windows Update this morning and it took my PC back to a day in June 2022 with Chrome tabs active. The option to go back is gone. Restore points are gone. The date of any changes is June 29 2022. Software is from back then. All files are from back then. That wasnt even this PC and the old PC had Windows 10. I just built this PC in September.Also, this PC had Windows 11 Professional. It installed Windows 11 Home vs 10.0.22000.Specs - Ryzen 5 5600G 32GB RAM 256 m.2 SSD ASRock B550 Phantom Gaming 4/acActually, it thinks this is my laptop. System info has my specs correct but it
