Hello. This is the 3rd time I’ve had to reformat and start my laptop over again because a windows update I have no control over has turned my screen black after the login screen. I’ve spent days trying all the options in different posts here. So until Microsoft stops breaking Asus laptops 3 times a year with their updates I refuse to update. If there is no way to disable updates forever then I’m throwing this away, cutting my losses and switching to an iPad. It’s no longer worth it. Thanks in advance.
