How to fix bluetooth " paired but can't connect"

I have a problem with my bluetooth driver on my HP PROBOOK 430 G4 , when i try to connect to any device( phone or headphones), it only shows paired to the device but then doesn't connect. I tried updating my bluetooth, rolling back but issue not solved. When I troubleshoot it says "check bluetooth radio status". I even try updating the bios driver and window but issue not resolved. I don't know what to do now.
