Guest meangene Posted October 17, 2008 Posted October 17, 2008 Running MS Win Server 2003 R2 Std. I have a couple of programs (.exe) that I need running to import/export data between our ERP and another application. When I start these two programs running from the console but then come in remotely (RDC) and log in with same ID/password, do not see them running. Of course, if I start them up remotely, then they conflict with each other and crash. Vendor and I have agreeded to start/stop them while logged in remote with same ID/password and disconnect remote session (not log off). Question - is there a way that we can start the programs running at the console and still see them in task manager with a remote log in to verify that they are up and running?

Guest meangene Posted October 20, 2008 Posted October 20, 2008 Re: Don't See Program Running in Task Manager Logged on Remotely No, I used the GUI in Accessories/Communications. However, I just tried MSTSC with the /console switch and I still do not see the apps I start at the console.
