Chrome password manager keeps asking for windows password

I've been having this strange problem where Chrome keeps asking for my windows password.I'm using Windows 10. I removed Windows Pin from my system when Chrome first asked for it hoping it'll solve the issue. I restarted my system and tried again and now it asks for Widnwos User Name and Password!!
