Laptop won't charge properly with high drain and limit

I was just charging it normally and it had a white light (indicates that it has >90% charge) and when I turn it on and check the battery it is 15% and it says 4 hours to charge it fully when usually it's 1 hour and 30 minutes. I'm confused why this happens as the battery in device manager has no problems and this happened randomly which makes me even more confused. It also drains very fast even though there's only 1 tab open which doesn't have much content on it.Minutes after I posted this, the charge went to 100% immediately then 2 minutes later it got back to 15% and draining fast.
