Can't close window Title: Folder Access Denied

A small window has appeared on my desktop that only has a title of: Folder Access Denied and a greyed out selection that says 'Fewer Details.' It appears to be the result of some copy/paste operation, possibly to/from OneDrive (That is what I had been operating on). The issue is that I can't close the window. When I click the close 'X' a pop up says: Are you sure you want to cancel all transfers. If I click 'Yes' nothing happens. The only good way I've found to get rid of it is to log out of my session. When I log back in, everything seems normal. This has occurred multiple times recently. Has
