windows 10 How can I disable USB port?

Hi. I have a task to disable the usb ports through windows. Disconnect each one individually, not all at once. But not through device manager or physically. Maybe there are methods via register, console or some applications (on github I found only those that don't have exe files and require the user to compile them, this one won't be a good solution for me). Most of the advice I find on the internet is security oriented, so it's more about physically disabling or blocking physical access to the hardware.
