[ASK]How to revert back Windows to the one that came with the laptop when I bought it

So two days ago I asked someone to clean & re-paste my laptop and I thought while they're at it might as well asked them to clean install my Windows, in my mind they'll re-install the one that came with the laptop.Then fast forward to the day where they're finished with it I didn't check the Windows version and later when there's a bunch of Windows updates I opened the Windows Update then I saw they replaced my Windows 11 Home edition with the VOLUME version of Windows 11 Pro which I don't like using that kind of Windows version.So I wonder if there's a way for me to revert my Windows back
