Windows Update making PC not display and infinite reboot

I logged onto my PC today and windows told me I needed to update to Windows 11, initially I clicked install later and then went to the settings and said to not install. After this I kind of forgot about it.. But then an hour or so later while gaming my PC crashes, due to memory error (which has never happened before) and my PC said it was downloading updates and making changes to the PC...Since then everytime I try to start my PC it just infinie reboots. And I mean I cannot even get to windows or BIOS... I reset CMOS once which got me into BIOS but then once trying to get into windows the same
