Hi,For some reason my laptop while on sleep mode one day decided to die. The battery fell flat and my laptop could not be turned on. Battery report says that no battery is installed, yet, I am still able to use my laptop if I am on a constant connection to a power supply via the laptop charger. The battery icon disappears from my taskbar after a while. It will say 0% (Plugged in) in the taskbar then disappear, and on the lockscreen it sometimes has the battery icon with the "X" in it.I have tried opening Acer Care Centre to reboot or repair the battery but the option to do so does not exist. I
