The mouse works but not any keyboards, I’ve tried multiple keyboards and none work, only volume buttons and similar. Please help, I’ve reset the cmos battery and factory reset windows! I can provide more details if you need but the motherboard is a B550 MXC pro. Also I’ve noticed that when I boot up the pc a black screen shows the firmware version and says “device not found” in the device manager, it shows up as 5 unknown keyboards and I’m unable to update them, I’ve installed a driver updating software and every time, it rejects the install. I suspect it’s a problem with the driver installati
