Can't reinstall Windows 10 after crash

Some background - I was just watching youtube videos on my Win10 PC yesterday when I noticed some graphics issues (comment section profiles not loading, chrome not responding). Right after that happened, I got a blue screen saying something like "There is something wrong with this device :(", and my PC restarted on its own.I am then greeted with the Windows Installation blue screen. Any computer repair option doesn't work so I gave up on my files and tried to just install windows. But it doesn't work.When I get to the Windows Setup screen, there are drive 0 partitions 1-4, but all the options
