Why is my wifi speed so much slower on my pc then any other devices in the same room?

my WIFI speed (on googles WIFI speed test) is 292.0 download and 63.7 upload speed on my phone . and my WIFI speed on my pc is 1.23 and 2.80. does anyone know why this is ? I am trying to update a game right now and its going anywhere from 0 and completely stopping or to around 150kbs. at this rate it would take 59 hours to update my game
