Windows Activate not working

I recently reset my PC and now Windows doesn't activate. When i try to troubleshoot it, its says Error code (0xc0000022). And when i tried to fix it there was a tutorial with product key but Windows says (Product key not found). Windows came pre-installed when i got the PC. Don't know if this helps but when i reset the PC i chose to install Windows on cloud and not locally.
