I am trying to install wsl using wsl --install While the initial steps seem to proceed smoothly, I encounter a Windows Installer popup with the following message:Windows ® Installer. V 5.0.26100.1150msiexec /Option <Required Parameter> [Optional Parameter]Once I close the popup, the installation halts with a "Catastrophic Failure" error message.Steps I've Tried So Far:Verified that the Windows Installer service is running.Tried running the installation in administrator mode. run netsh winsock reset and reboot Unregistered and re-registered the Windows Installer using
