I keep getting "Bad Image" when I try to open a specific app

I've downloaded an app to help mod a game. But every time I try to open it I get a "Bad Image" error.It never happened to me before. Any idea what to do?My pc:Windows 11 2024CPU: I9 12900kGPU: 4090Ram: 64GB 6000HZStorage: 2TB
