App from Microsoft Store does not appear in "Open With" and no option for "Choose an app on your PC" for Store Apps

Specifically, I have Inkscape installed on my Windows 11 PC and I'd like to associate it with .ai (Adobe Illustrator) files. Windows Store apps can not be selected manually through the usual process (screen shot 1):Right-Click on the fileChoose an app on your PCI have also tried associating the file through Settings > Apps > Default Apps > but I run in to the same roadblock. Inkscape is installed in C:\Program Files\WindowsApps, which is a restricted folder and I do not have permission to access it even though I am an admin on my own PC (I'm the only user).I started to follow to th
