My hp victus laptop has just come back from having a faulty motherboard replaced and is locked by bit locker. I have followed instructions to access a bit locker key through both of my personal Microsoft accounts and through my college account with no success. I have also used another laptop to create a recovery usb as instructed by hp support which has not worked. I literally just get the bit locker screen whenever I turn on my laptop. Hp have referred me to seek support from Microsoft before returning to them. Please help
