Windows account, unable to activate.

I have had a windows 10 Pro licence for ages (7 years ish), and I have just upgraded to Windows 11, as soon as I upgraded the PC motherboard and processor. I am now unable to activate windows. To add complexity to the problem there is something messed up with the accounts as I have my admin account and a work account which I used when I was working from home, I no longer work at this business but I think it has messed up the account holder information and maybe the licence holder. I don;t have any documentation on the product key from that long ago, any ideas how I can sort this out?
