Windows 11 24H2 driver power state failure BSOD

I have recently done a fresh re-install of windows (which happened to install 24H2 - Build 26100.2314) and after installing and updating all drivers I am getting a consistent BSOD around 5 minutes after doing a cold boot of the system.Once the PC restarts from the BSOD, it does not crash again unless it is powered off or put to sleep. This seems to happen very consistently on every cold boot.I have ran sfc /scannow and it saw no issues. I have also updated windows and all the drivers that I know of, to their latest respective versions (reinstalling any that I can).I am on the latest windows ve
