Hi So my dad is 92, for some reason his emails are not coming through on his iPhone!I’ve tried to reset his password as he just cannot remember, and after various attempts gets locked out! I’ve answered the security questions correctly, however he only has two sent emails dating back to June and it seems that is insufficient for verification What can I do to help him get his email back, rather than create another account
