PC ethernet connection repeatedly cutting out after new windows security update

Once the below update was installed my ethernet connection keeps cutting out about every 15 seconds then reconnecting.Security Intelligence Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus - KB2267602 (Version 1.421.573.0)This is the only new update on my device. My network adapter is a tp-link 10GB TX401. Shows up in device manager as Marvell AQtion 10Gbit Network Adapter.My ethernet connection was fine before this update. When open command prompt and run ping 8.8.8.8 -tr I get request time out every 15 or so seconds then it reconnects right after. WiFi has no issue with steady connection. The same pr
