Using the trimming tool washes the color out of my video when trying to trim

recently the trimming tool for videos have been washing out the colors in my videos. Once a video has been trimmed and save to my computer, the colors have dulled. The videos i would trim are under DVR, i also dont use HDR, any way i can potentially fix this?
