Headset mic won't work at the same time as speakers

I've been using this headset for awhile and haven't had an issue today I plugged it and my mic wasn't working until I got to realtek settings and change it to identify as a microphone instead of headphones it'll register as a device but still won't actually take any audio input the headset does work tested it on another device.
