How do i make one earbud louder than the other if the sliders stay the same? (Windows 11)

On my wireless earbuds id like to change one earbud (the right one) to be louder than the other due to bad hearing in one ear, and i can access the "Sound" popup from the Settings app to change the sliders manually but when i go to change the right side slider, the left side slider changes with it to be the same volume. How can i fix this?
