when 1st power on to OS, PS/2 device probability can not workable. Unless restart or disable fast startup.

Hi Sirs, The computer uses a shared interface for PS/2 keyboard and mouse. When the computer is turned on to OS for the first time, the PS/2 device may not be recognized or recognize the wrong device (PS/2 keyboard recognized as mouse). Unless fast startup is disabled or the computer do restarted. Do you have any suggestion for it?
