Can I move Outlook working files to another drive?

I am working on Windoiws 10 and my C;/ drive is full. I keep clearing space, but I've noticed that the .PST files from Outlook are taking up almost 3Gb and I want to move them to another drive.Can I do this?I have exported the data to another drive succesfully, but the .PST is still in this folder:c:\users\xps\AppData\Local\Microsoft\OutlookCan I move this folder?Thanks in advance for your help.
