Is there a way that does not require phone verification to transfer data?

My phone's screen is faulty, sometimes not responding and sometimes scrolling things/tapping on itself. I tried to link my phone to my PC to get the data out but it requires verification on my phone (Which I am unable to use because of the unresponsive screen). Is there a way that does not require phone verification to transfer data?
