Remove Consent for Child Account

I just spent 90 minutes with MS Help without any luck; they suggested I try here. Bottom line is I somehow have a family account I don't want, I invited myself as the organizer but it still won't let me change my profile without removing consent for the child account. However, when I select this option, the next screen gives me absolutely no idea how to do this
