my windows 11 laptop isnt turning on at all

earlier today, my laptop started glitching and would randomly start powering off or say "slide to shut down computer" when i hadnt pressed anythibg. now, it fully wont turn on. a complete black screen. my keyboard goes bright for aprox. half a second aprox. every 15 seconds and the light on the side of my computer is still on but otherwise it is completely off and i cannot enter it or even access my homescreen/password input page. i am pressing the power button and generally trying everything i usually do when turning on my laptop but nothing is working.
