Windows 10 laptop refused to charge

I tried to plug in my windows 10 laptop with two different cables but NONE OF THEM make the charging icon appear on the battery icon. And I plugged them in a million times and even unplugged and plugged in all the tails a million times too and ITS STILL NOT WORKING. And it’s now dead and I cannot turn it on even though I plug it in a million times. Does it mean there is a SERIOUS problem with the hardware???
