This started happening when I opened up the Xbox game store app about 2 weeks ago, as I was scrolling through the games the pictures would get grainier and granier until they were very distorted and black and white but everytime I'd click on one it would go back to normal for a while. I just figured it was temporary and it is but it is still annoying when it starts glazing over and I can barely see what I'm clicking on. This screenshot is when it happened again more recently, I had Opera GX, Figma (UX Design Application), File Explorer, and a live Zoom meeting going, and the screen would star
