My laptop is slow.It used to be fast.HELP!

I buyed my laptop 1 month ago.It was very very slow than was fast like 15 days ago and than now is slow.Ik i installed buch of apps but internet is slow too.On another devices is very fast.I have mcaffe antivirus with my laptop and it didnt find any virus.I dont want to deinstalll anything is there a way of cleaning it? 285 GB remains. My laptop has 475GB but i know that is inposible becuse 128,256,512GB Some GBs are on system.(Sorry,english is not my primary language).
