Why has my PC started to blue screen so often all of a sudden?

I have just been using my PC as normal and previous 6 months I have had maybe 1 blue screen and all of a sudden it has started to run a lot slower and struggling to run specific games and I have had 4 blue screens in the past week.I have updated all my drivers including to latest windows update and no success.My specs are as follows:CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7590x 16 core 4.5GHzGPU: 16GB NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 4080 SUPERMotherboard: B650 AORUS ELITE AXRAM: 32GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5 6400MHzSo I don't see why I should struggle to run anything at 1080p120324-14093-01.dmp - latest dump file
