[Win10] Frequently, I am unable to switch the focused window. Ctrl+Alt+Del temporarily fixes the issue.

Hi.I'm using Win10 Pro, on a fairly old desktop machine that I built myself, and have upgraded up from Windows 7 over the years.For a few months, (Yeah I know, I finally got so sick of my temporary solution that I am now looking for a real one), I have periodically had an issue where I am unable to switch which window is focused, and interactable. I can still see other windows, and they visually update as normal, even reacting to the cursor hovering over buttons, but clicking on the window, hitting alt+tab or Win+Tab, or clicking on the taskbar icon does not change that window to be the active
