windows 11 (windows 11) why does trimming videos in photo not work correctly? messed up numbers?

image files refuse to work on this site for some reason but you have to believe me when i say that im having a problem thats preventing me from using the "Trim" feature for videos on the Photos video. whenever i want to trim a video, even a short one like 30-60 seconds, instead of showing the correct timespan, it will display 26113:24:06. does anyone know what causes this and how to fix it?
