file cabinet icon in all c:\ ... \documents after win 11 23H2 update - fix needed

TD;DR: I cannot open any of my documents after the latest update and then quality update on 12/02/2024 bc of file cabinets on all my icons in documents. Can anyone provide a fix?I am also NOT using onedrive, it is NOT installed, i am NOT linked to onedrive... HOWEVER, it appears these are linked now to c:\...\onedrive\documents instead of c:\...\documents - the latter i had set up for just my stuff on my computer. I backup on my external hd's - which is how i found I've tried refreshing file explorer, rebooting after a nanosecond of looking around bc heck, i'm not doing a swot analysis here.Fo
