Getting A "USB DETECT" Error code every time I boot up. Whats the issue?

The other day I was using my pc, I was troubleshooting some apps not working how they should. I restarted my pc, only to get a beeping sound from my water cooler and an error code 9c. I searched it up and it says from the EVGA Website that this means "USB DETECT." I ran checks to see if anything was wrong, and so far the cpu seems to be fine, I ran a memory/RAM test, and the RAM is doing fine. The PC itself is working ok, not up to the best standards. The pc was doing perfectly fine, no issues whatsoever until I restarted. Motherboard: EVGA z370 FTWRAM: Teamgroup T-Force 16gbCPU: Core I7-8700K
