New Laptop, I asked for clean install but 10 year old OneDrive backup keeps appearing...

Hi,I just bought a new laptop. I have been trying and trying and trying to get a fresh, new, clean PC. No matter how many times I do a full factory reset (and say "DELETE EVERYTHING", files, settings, everything....) it just keeps doing the same thing. It reinstalls Windows 11, then it makes me do the full laptop set up again, then there they are: OneDrive files/folders/applications. Not just OneDrive stuff, but really really old outdated OneDrive stuff from about 10 years ago. It's maddening.
