Windows 11 doesnt reconnect automatically to wifi when turned on or after it comes out of sleep mode

A few days ago, I had issues with a lockdown browser for school on my laptop, but afterward, I was able to fix all the issues with it. However, after that, I got an HP bios update, and now whenever I turn on my laptop, even though my network is selected to be connected automatically, I need to manually click connect in order to connect. I have even turned on the Windows troubleshooter and it didn't find anything wrong with my internet connection. I also checked my network connections and did a network/wifi reset, but the issues still occur. Also whenever my laptop goes into sleep mode, it agai
