Is there a fix for choppy stuttering audio Chrome casting on Windows 11?

I have had no problems casting to my Chromecast device on Windows 10. I tried installing Windows 11 about 18 months ago and went back to 10 because of this issue. I work from home and use this a lot. I tried again last week hoping things have been fixed but still the same issue. I have tried a few different Chromecast dongles. Does anyone else have this issue?I have least problems on Brave browser and the most on Edge. If I do anything on my pc while casting it starts. I have 16 GB or ram.
