My HP laptop isn't allowing me to reset or troubleshoot no matter what I do.

My laptop has been stuck on the "repairing disk errors" screen for about three days now, I've tried troubleshooting using the /scannnow command, it didn't work and just started back up on the disk repair screen and then the "automatic disk repairs didn't work" blue screen. I've tried resetting it, once with the local drive, that download got stuck on 2% for about 6ish hours, then I tried resetting again with the cloud download but that one got stuck on 99% for over an hour and a half. I'm assuming theres malware on the laptop but I'd rather try everything I can at home before having to spend m
