Anyone here downgraded to Windows 10 after being on 11 for more than a year?

The last Windows 11 "update" won't allow me to print to my Epson ET-3710 printer anymore. I DID try to reinstall the printer drivers - didn't work; error message was "unable to connect." Ran the Windows 11 printer troubleshooter and got the same error. My husband re-started our Starlink Wi-Fi router with no success. The printer shows that it's connected; the IP address is not in conflict with other devices connected to our Wi-Fi; the problem is with the Windows 11 OS and started with that darned update. (Oh - and I also turned off, unplugged and re-started both the printer and my PC.) I
