Connected to Wi-Fi without internet, I need help!

So initially I had a problem with my upload speed, and while searching for a way to solve my problem I found a thread on here having the same issue as me. There was a reply to this thread, and he said to go into "services", and put my WWAN config to auto from manual. I did this but it made matters worse, so I went back and changed it to manual, and now I am connecting to the Wi-Fi without internet. Can someone help me, and I know this is a very specific problem. I would really appreciate any help. Thank you!
