bad_module_info after every shutdown

So this has been bugging me for the past few days: immediately after almost every shutdown in the past three days, I've been met with a "bad_module_info" error in the Reliability History. In other words, as soon as I press the shutdown button, the program would crash. Usually this happens between 10 PM-1 AM, and at other times the error doesn't appear. Interestingly, the faulting process ID is different for each event:0x0x167C0x0x15B40x0x16BCI haven't been playing any games lately that's causing this error. Most of the time I would use Firefox Developer Edition and VS Code (with a Node.js back
