No Microsoft Store On My System and I am Unable to Install It

Hi, I've been having an issue where I can't access the Microsoft Store. It doesn't appear in my apps, and whenever I try to open something with it (such as Minecraft), I get this: I'm pretty sure I've tried everything to try to fix this:I've tried downloading the microsoft store from the Xbox App, but when I try to install the Xbox App I get error 0x80248014It doesn't appear in apps and features so I can't reset/restore from there.I try re-registering it from PowerShell with the command " Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($
