Massive lag on everything IntelIHVRouter10.dll

Hi,My PC has this reoccuring problem where, sometimes, everything seems to have a massive lag/lost in fps. This includes sounds, mouse and lighting from my keyboard. It last for about a minute everytime and happens every week or so. Today it happened to times with 16 minutes appart.I looked at the event viewer and it's saying that the source is IntelIHVRouter10.dllI'm on windows 11CPU Intel® Core i7-10700 CPU @ 2.90GHz Memory : 16.0 GBIntel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHzNVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPERThanks in advance for the replies, help is greatly appreciated.
