How would I fix this problem?

My laptop screen flickers, I can't see my task bar, I can't open settings, I can't reset it because it just says undoing changes, when it flickers it is black for a bit then I can see my desktop for a little bit before it goes back to black, and I can't really click on anything. I haven't dropped my laptop at all recently so I don't it's cause by that at all.
